VerifiMe - a shareable digital identity

A digital identity like VerifiMe allows you to be your own ID boss. You can easily prove who you are online for work, education, and personal use, putting you back in control of your personal identity for good. It's a secure way to verify your identity when accessing online services.

How it works

You can create digital identities in VerifiMe, for both individual purposes and for organisations you control. You’ll need official documents like your driver's license, passport and/or company documentation to prove who you are. Once you have created your VerifiMe digital wallet, you can reuse it whenever you need. Each time you use your digital identity, you're asked to give consent before any of your details are shared with the service you want to access. You can roam free with your portable digital ID. VerifiMe makes things happen with secure identity verification for life’s important moments.

The Benefits

A digital identity in a VerifiMe wallet can enable the following:

Personal:

  • reduce the need to repeatedly share copies of your identity documents with third parties, which may be vulnerable to cyber-attacks.

  • peace of mind knowing your identity is safe, protected against identity crime, and only verified with those with whom you give permission.

Thanks to next-gen technologies which allow for a singular audited proof of identity, you can permission your identity status and not overshare your identity documents, bringing a more secure solution to ID verification.

Organisations:

  • save time and money through elimination of duplicate identity processes.

  • meet compliance requirements in record time.

  • deliver exceptional customer experiences by reducing friction in outdated processes

  • reduce PII management risks

  • improve customer service processes with an optimised onboarding experience.

It’s important to note that while a shareable digital identity can offer convenience and security, it also requires robust measure as seen in VerifiMe’s platform to protect users' privacy and data.

Your Clients' Consent Is All You Need. Here's Why That's a Big Deal.
When accounting, legal and real estate practices start exploring how to meet their AML/CTF Tranche 2 identity verification obligations, most assume there's a significant administrative hurdle waiting for them — a government registration process, a formal participation agreement with the Attorney-General's Department, and all the paperwork, waiting periods, and compliance overhead that comes with it. With VerifiMe, there isn't. And that difference matters more than most practices realise.
