Greengate Fintech Holdings Pty Ltd (Greengate) was established in 2022 and through its wholly owned subsidiary business, VerifiMe Australia Pty Ltd, provides a compliance technology platform which enables customers to store their identity records in a single digital wallet and safely share their identity information with businesses without revealing their underlying documentation.
